My wife and I came in to celebrate our anniversary

My wife and I came in to celebrate our anniversary. Although we arrived late for our reservation, we were still graciously attended to and promptly seated in a cozy booth. The dining room is romantic and inviting with classical Irish decor. Our friendly server Scott was attentive and made excellent recommendations. All courses arrived in perfect harmony, not too early or late. The fresh-from-the-oven soda bread with butter did not stand a chance and was quickly devoured. My wife had the corn beef and cabbage and I had the hearty Irish stew with Guinness Stout. After dinner we enjoyed a nightcap at the bar where the live band was performing. Many thanks to Corbin, Scott, Shawn, Jason and the rest of the staff for making our night memorable.

It's the best.

I love Muldoon's. It's the best. They have great Irish Coffee. Their food is not only authentic but just plain good. The patio is lovely and remains warm even on a cool day. The waiting staff are friendly and very efficient. You can expect to be well cared for at Muldoon's.

Wonderfully quaint atmosphere and food never disappoints

A tried and true favorite - we've enjoyed coming here for more than 15 years.  Wonderfully quaint atmosphere and food never disappoints.

Shepherd's pie and Irish stew are two winners.  Fish and chips, too.  When it's warm, there's no better place than the patio underneath the tree.  In cooler months, request a booth near the fireplace (get the mulled wine/wassail).

The nicest pub outside of Dublin

I hate to give places 5 stars because people will pack the place out & I won't be able to get in and get a pint! But, it is the nicest Irish Pub outside of Dublin , & as in the land of green, the food is Grand! You won't be sorry you came, the people & food are great, just as they are in Ireland . Slainte!

Best Irish pub in the OC!

Best Irish pub in the OC! Great food, great service, and fun people. There's always good entertainment (was there watching Ken O'Malley and the Ne'er Duwels) and had a rollicking time! Had bangers and mash, and best bangers in the area! Mash came with lovely green peas, added a nice color to the plate...Plan to go there again next time I'm in the OC!

My favorite meal in the world

The Muldoon's Irish Stew is the most soul warming dish around. When I'm sick when I'm healthy when I'm down when I'm happy, it's my favorite meal in the world. They truly put so much love into making it. When I am in the mood for something a little lighter I order the Green Goddess Salad. It's filling, refreshing, crunchy and delicious. My Dad is obsessed with their Stuffed Baked Potato, my Mom and I always sneak in bites because boy, there is plenty to share! Way too much grub for one person so order it for the table. Everyone will go nuts! The restaurant is somewhat easy to overlook and in an odd little center but do yourself a favor and make it a priority to stop on in. The staff will be sure to give you a warm Irish welcome. Get ready to leave full and feel like you traveled to a quaint pub in Ireland.
